For our customer we are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager for GIP - RFC (Global Improvement Project - request for change)
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his needs.
June 2016 our customer Pharma launched the 2nd SAP wave focusing on Finance, GPS and HR within Ireland, France, Australia and New Zealand.
End 2016 our customer will start up additional world-wide rollout.
The Senior SAP Project Manager shall manage the execution of individual projects for GIP. GIP is a template improve project to enhance functionality In the LEO template - ap-prox. 120 change requests primarily within Finance and Global Product Supply (GPS).
Tasks and Competencies required
Tasks:
- Manage execution of individual project
- Manage project to scope, budget and timeline
- Schedule, drive, and attend weekly meetings
- Adhere to PMO Governance and GxP Compliance
- Competently manage issues escalation and risk mitigation strategies
- Communication planning and execution
- Manage project artefacts to include: MS Project plans, schedules, resource plans
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure coordination
- Produce weekly status reports and metrics
Competencies:
- Strong SAP Experience is a necessity
- Have a proven track record in successfully delivering large projects within scope, budget and timeline
- Strong personality with the right advisory mind-set to lead and manage a team
- Advanced and solid project management skills
- Strong mind-set and initiative to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Strong Microsoft Project skills an absolute requirement
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
