For our customer we are looking for a Senior SAP Project Manager for SAP Rollout project
eWork is direct supplier to our customer - there are no extra middlelayer. This means that we have good contact with procurement and in many cases, know the stakeholder and his/her needs.
June 2016 our customer launched the 2nd SAP wave focusing on Finance, GPS and HR within Ireland, France, Australia and New Zealand.
End 2016 customer will start up additional world-wide rollout.
The main responsibility of the Senior SAP Project Manager is to integrate new countries into our customers existing SAP platform considering both solution and people being im-pacted and manage the end-to-end implementation of a medium to large SAP rollout.
Tasks and Competencies required
Tasks:
- Manage execution of individual project
- Manage project to scope, budget and timeline
- Prepare detailed scope documentation, WBS, cost estimates & budgets
- Schedule, drive, and attend weekly meetings
- Adhere to PMO Governance and GxP Compliance
- Competently manage issues escalation and risk mitigation strategies
- Communication planning and execution
- Manage project artefacts to include: MS Project plans, schedules, resource plans
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure coordination
- Produce weekly status reports and metrics
Competencies:
- Strong SAP roll-out experience is a necessity
- Have a proven track record in successfully delivering large projects within scope, budget and timeline
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
- At least 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical Industry
- Strong personality with the right advisory mind set to lead and manage a team
- Advanced and solid project management skills
- A great sense of ownership, responsibility and time management skills
- Strong mind-set and initiative to drive continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work simultaneously
- Ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders across all levels of the organisation
- Full fluency in English.
- Strong skills in Enterprise level SAP
- Strong Microsoft Project skills an absolute requirement
- Strong organizational, leadership, problem solving and influencing skills
- Sensitivity to the multi-cultural characteristics of the global IT organization
- Prince2/IPMA/PMP certification desired
Start: 28.09.2016
Duration: 6 months with possible extension
