IBS Systems Integration Engineer
4 to 6 years outdoor RF project or Indoor antenna cover project experience in any network wireless domain
Communication Skills:
1. Communicate effectively and regularly with the technical supervisor of Huawei, customer management and customer´s peers
2. Very Good English communication skill in both written and oral
3. Conveys information properly to the team mates and ensures the information is properly understood.
Management Skills
1. Lead small size teams under his responsibility. Assist in the design of an effective solutions to meet customer's requirements, perform advance troubleshooting at both infrastructure and application level
2. Support staff development and provides guidance to them
3. Ensures processes are followed and provides basic metrics of the performance of his responsibility
