Working for a unique and rapidly expanding financial services provider we have an exciting brand new vacancy for an experienced HR Business Partner to based in Reading on an interim basis.
As HR Business Partner you will partner with divisional and functional teams, deliver a set People Strategy and support senior leadership and management groups.
Skills & Experience
- Proven HR business partnering or senior advisory experience
- Proven experience of delivering HR/People plans
- Ability to create and build effective relationships with all levels of the business
- Experience of supporting project based work
- Exposure of working within complex Matrix environments
- Financial or professional services experience (beneficial but not essential)
