An exciting opportunity has arisen for a IT/Purchasing/Procurement Administrator to join a fantastic company based in London on a 6 month contract.
As a Procurement Administrator you will have the following skills/experience;
IT, Purchasing/Procurement Management skills
Administrative Purchasing/Procurement/IT experience
Customer service Skills
Excellent attention to detail
Organisation, Prioritisation, strategic thinking, planning

Excellent Customer service Skills
Job Responsibilities for an IT/Procurement/Purchasing Administrator;
Ordering of IT equipment, software and services.
Tracking orders and delivery info.
Sourcing quotations, based on users enquiries
Supervision of the IT Procurement team IT ticket system
The Job Spec:
Coordination of order delivery times.
Liaising with suppliers for best pricing and delivery.
High volume of email queries and requests, such as providing advice on hardware and software products to users and members of the IT Service Desk team.
Adhoc reporting and administrative tasks such as filing of procurement contracts, purchase orders, etc..
Sourcing quotations, based on users enquiries.
Making account changes to mobile phone contracts.
Placing a high volume of orders with various suppliers.
Updating of ServiceNow with update to date order and delivery information. Feeding back any queries where necessary.
