Principal consultant/Finance Process Project Manager/Lean Six sigma

We are seeking a Principal Consultant to take ownership and manage a new exciting opportunity for us in Rome working with an Italian multi-national.

As Principal Consultant you will actively drive and manage the Change project work that we have.
Suitable candidates must have:
- Experience of managing large scale technology projects - you must have had full accountability for time, cost, quality & scope of project.
- Gravitas - an ability to inspire confidence and a track record of demonstrating leadership.
- Prime experience of leading teams, defining packages of work, monitoring performance and taking overall ownership for delivery and quality.
- 5+ years Finance consulting experience.
- 5+ years consulting experience reviewing Finance processes.
- C level Stakeholder management skills and experience.
- In depth experience of migration planning and support.
- Minimum Black Belt Accredited Lean Six Sigma certification preferably Master Black Belt Authority.
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Fluent Italian language skills although this is not a must.
- Experience delivering end user training which could be required later in the project.
- Accountancy qualifications desirable.
