IT Business Analyst/IT Project Manager - Central London
Our market leading PE backed client requires a Business Analyst/Project Manager to support the IT function and other stakeholders with technology management across the company globally. The company is in exponential growth and as a result are investing in people, process and System improvement as well as cutting edge Technology, Systems and Applications. This is a hands on role which requires expertise in BA and PM responsibilities as you will be gathering requirement working with the business but then also delivering tangible results! The successful candidate should have systems roll-out and change project experience as this is an area of focus internally:
Required Skills:
- Business analysis experience working in projects based environment (IT or E2E system roll-outs). Experience of IT service delivery & projects delivery in a VC/PE, Banking, Corporate Finance, Management Consulting, Telecommunications, Infrastructure environment or similar.
- Experience working across multiple business systems eg ERP, Supply Chain, Operations, workflow solutions, document management, and property/sites database. Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, and SharePoint advantageous.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
- Writing Test Cases traceable to requirements & agreed scope. Building and executing test cases, coordinating & coaching testers per test cases.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Experience on System roll-outs and/or change projects
Non Essential but desirable:
- Experience working in a fast-paced small to medium sized business, with a flat hierarchy
- Experience of working for solution vendors
- French speaking
