Support Procurement related Application & Solution implementation testing
Support business validation for System Data migration
Support User and Suppliers Onboarding and Training activities.
System Training materials development and review
Post Implementation system Issue and Training Support
Working with IT to resolve issues
Analytical Reporting management related to Transactional activities.
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in applications support and training & exposure to analytical reporting.
Proficiency in MS Excel - Advance.
Analytical, problem solving and good customer service exposure.
Ability to work independently with minimum guidance.
Able to work flexible hours in supporting global project coverage (when needed and at times weekend).
Good understanding of procurement process & analytical documentation understanding are added advantage.
Proficient in written and spoken in English. Other languages are an added advantage.
Ability to self-discipline self-motivated and works successfully with a multi-disciplinary team (global coverage).
Ability to multi-task while keeping efficiency and quality of deliverables
