CRM Salesforce Business Analyst - France Paris 6 months rolling
Actively participate in improving the technological base and application of the CRM team to ensure the satisfaction of our business teams: development and evolution of CRM systems to interact with players on different channels.
Develop a strong understanding of business issues and the use made of CRM tools
To collect, understand and challenge the needs of internal customers (CRM teams)
To carry out, with the business partners, a work of thorough functional analysis to specify in detail and structured CRM needs
To participate in formalizing and detailed requirements
Ensure the overall coherence of needs
To act as a functional reference within the IT team on the scope of CRM tools
Identify areas of improvement tools and propose them to the business for the CRM tools offer more value.
Possibly participate in user training for new features developed
Furthermore, you may need (e) to work on ad hoc analysis of data enabling better customer knowledge and more reliable data quality
Your profile :
At least 4 years of experience in business analysis
Proven ability to work in a dynamic international environment
Excellent understanding and restitution of business issues
Excellent writing ability and visual representation of business needs
Ability to work on multiple subjects at once if needed
Good knowledge/sensitivity in the field of data -oriented projects
Fluent English
