TITLE: Senior Business Analyst
CONTRACT: Immediate hire
REMOTE: 100%
COMPENSATION: Based on Your Experience
HOURS: US Eastern time zone and some UK hours
HIRING NOW for a 6-month contract. The Senior BA will gather the business requirements and functional specs and define them for our client's project team. You'll be working at a senior Business Analyst level, alongside PMs and account managers to create the scope of projects and clearly identify each deliverable. This is a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment, and your ability to create and deliver presentations to key stakeholders is critical.
TECHNICAL AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
-- 6+ years BA work at an enterprise level for mobile and web applications.
-- 6+ years of project requirements gathering and business discovery.
-- Strong lead experience planning sprints and handling backlogs.
-- 2 years of work or specific training in web design and development.
-- Technically sound with tools such as JIRA, Omnigraffle, Open Source technologies and Unified Modeling Language.
-- Be ready to discuss specific examples of the user stories you've created for each feature and your work with epics.
-- Must have multiple years of experience creating documents for client presentations and working with version control wire frames, process diagrams and use cases.
-- A BSCS or 4-year Business Management degree is preferred.
