Office 365 Project Manager - London - 6 month Contract
Square One are looking for an Office 365 Project Manager to come on board for a 6 month contract based in Central London paying excellent daily rates
The Office 365 Project Manager is a key interface with the Business, who will provide end to end management of the project to migrate all colleagues to Office 365. The particular focus of this role is to manage the business readiness aspects of the project to ensure that colleagues are supported through the migration to the new systems and can maximise the benefits that they bring.
In this role you will:
demonstrate experience of migrating to Office 365 (at least two implementations in the last three years), leading this from the customer, rather than SI perspective and working with 3rd party implementation partner(s) in the successful delivery.
lead the delivery of this programme, managing the overall project delivery plan, incorporating all business and IT workstreams.
guide and coach the business through this change, using strong stakeholder management skills and building strong working relationships to ensure that the key business outcomes are achieved.
manage and work with the selected delivery partner in the delivery of the technical aspects of the project, including tools to support data cleansing, data migration and integration with key systems.
You will ensure that all project elements are considered including those beyond the technical delivery aspects egdata migration, user adoption, training and business transformation.
During your contract, you may also be asked to take on project management of other ICT projets as required and as time permits.
Track record of success in the end-to-end delivery of Office 365 implementations (at least two implementations in the last three years), leading this from the customer, rather than SI, perspective
Experience of manageing the business transformation aspects of the prooiejct to ensure that users maximise the benefits of the new tools and systems
Working with 3rd party implementation partner(s) in the successful delivery of Office 365
Experience of managing multiple suppliers, internal ICT and business resources in the delivery of ICT transformation projects
Experience in managing projects up to £1m capital spend with a mix of 3rd party, technical and business resources.
Graduate calibre with degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Business related degree
PRINCE 2 Practitioner, MSP, APMP or equivalent
Agile development methodology
ITIL v3 Foundation (desirable)
