Description
Release Manager
A Release Manager is required for an ASAP start for a long-term, lucrative contract with a major Financial Services client in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
The Release Manager will have extensive experience of proactively leading and coordinating release cycles as well as coaching team members where necessary and ensuring quality compliance.
The Release Manager will ideally have 65%+ of the following skills and experience:
- Strong experience with both Operations and Development as well as knowledge of SAFE, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scrum of Scrum, (Scaled Agile Framework) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- Experience with organizing release trains and release cycles in an agile organisation
- Deep understanding of Continuous Delivery concepts.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Team player with a knowledge sharing mentality
- Your main drive is to automate controls and checks.
- Actively helping and coach teams on improving their release cycles.
- Make sure that all releases do comply to quality criteria.
- Continuously try to simplify or shorten the release journey of our engineers.
