Key Responsibilities:
The SC would be responsible for leading End User and IT services with focus on delivering Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing Services based in Nice - France reportingto Service delivery Lead and managing over 20 people, for an international client with operations within Europe, Asia and Americas with Headquarter based at Spain.
The Technology and Infrastructure Outsourcing could include some services such as:
- Service desk: Help Desk, single point of contact for support and online portal services to resolve frontline issues.
- Field support management, Supervise tasks for field support team, and manage providers for resources and Team Lead field support.
- Data center services: Hosting to support development and production environments, storage services, database management and messaging services.
- Security and network services: Identity management, intrusion and Firewall protection, end-user device and messaging security, and policy and awareness.
- Communications services: Virtual conference, Data and voice network management, optimization and converged services.
- Workplace services: Desktop management remotely and field support team based at site managing Lifecycle management for desktops, mobile devices, and file and print services.
Skills and Behavioral Attributes
- Leadership Experience
- Strong ability to influence senior client personnel with thought leadership and content
- Strong understanding of ITO
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal, influencing and persuasion skills
- Good project management skills to manage multiple stakeholders through the bid process
- Team player who can collaborate well with multiple & diverse stakeholders
Basic Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience leading Infrastructure Technology Outsourcing medium scale projects for national and international clients with experience on Data center and Workplace services.
- Consulting experience in relevant areas with client facing experience also considered relevant
- University degree.
- English and French languages fluent.
Preferred qualification
- PMP certification
- ITIL certification.
