Proteus Europe is searching for a System and IT Support Engineer for a minimum 12 Month Contract role based in Ghent, Belgium. - you must be located within a commutable distance.
Languages: Fluent: Dutch, basic knowledge of English and French is required

Our client is an international consultancy with a reputation for delivering on projects with their consultancy customers. You will join and be part of their team to ensure this current project is a complete success.
Your New role:-
The employee will be part of a team responsible for the design of the architecture, deploying and supporting among other things, Office365, Skype for Business, Cloud PBX, Mobile Device Management, Mobile Application Management.
The employee will be used for all tasks within the team
- Support in the migration project from Office 2007 to Office 365
- Support in marketing management of all mobile devices (tablets, smartphones...)
- Support of end users in the office domain, and generally with mobile devices
- Standardization of the devices, i.s.m .; the subject matter specialists in the departments through internal catalog and agreements with suppliers
- Documenting practices in work rules
- Communicate with stakeholders (IT, business, end users, suppliers)
- Reporting to the line: some devices, some applications use Skype, ...
As a member of the team, the candidate will also be on call (+/- 5 weeks per year).
Your Skills and experience:-
Essential Skills:-
- Minimum 5 years experience in IT
. Basic knowledge of Windows (XP, Windows 7, Windows 10)
. Excellent knowledge Office 365 (management)
. Excellent knowledge OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online, RMS, OneNote
. Excellent knowledge of Skype for Business
. Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management The principles
. Good knowledge of Mobile Application Management The principles
. Automatisms can set (Powershell/VBScript)
Desirable Skills:-
- Experience in a similar position
. Knowledge of MaaS360
. Knowledge of Intune
. Knowledge SCCM
. Knowledge FORD (Windows Azure Active Directory)

. Able to work independently and have enough sense of responsibility
