Description

Within the Websites roll out team, the OCM Support Specialist is in charge of the following activities:

o Keep the training materials up to date with new contents according to the new releases, this including:
o The training video (scripts + recorded video)
o The training memos
o The training schedules
o The training feedback survey
o The post go live survey to users

* Organize and executing ad hoc training on CMS towards marketing content mangers, internal IT or project resources to facilitate rollout and new joiners onboarding
* Work with the product owner team on the release notes and associated highlights explanatory memos for all releases of the CMS
* Support webcasts or calls ad hoc on training zoom focus, punctually, for already live BUs

The OCM support Specialist reports to the CMS roll out manager. He coordinates his activity with the CMS functional and technical teams.

The required skills are the following:

* Online documentation management (tutorials, user guide, training materials )
* Knowledge in Web Content Management
* Ability to travel to train the local content managers in countries
* Fluent in English
