SAP CRM CIC/Contact Center Consultant
Red's client is searching for an SAP CRM CIC/Contact Center consultant for a 6 month implementation contract near Dallas, Texas.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure stable business process continuation and improvement.
- Work alongside the rest of the team to ensure smooth implementation of CRM
- Help set up both Interaction Center and Contact Center within SAP CRM
- Collaborates with the 3rd party SAP Support desk.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with SAP CRM Configuration, Support, and Enhancements
- Profound hands-on experience setting up Customer Interaction Center (CIC) required
- Hands-on configuration experience with Contact Centerrequired
- Profound hands-on experience setting up Call Centers required
- Hands on Solution Architect experience in CRM
- CRM 7.0 experience is required
- Hands on Middleware experience is required
- Support SAP module(s) globally incl. related tools connected to SAP
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proven effective leadership and interpersonal skills; excels in a team environment.
- Proven creative and innovative solutions to strategic business issues.
- Experience with the U.S. Energy industry preferred, not mandatory.
