Description
A leading digital business are seeking a Mobile App Developer to join the business on a 6 month contract basis.
The business are going through a high growth phase at the minute with multiple openings across the Software Development Lifecycle.
The leading candidate must have 2-3 years' experience developing mobile apps in Appcelerator titanium.
You will be instrumental in developing working practices to enable a fast and efficient delivery capability.
The company has adopted a continuous improvement strategy, working within an agile development module with 2-3 weekly sprints.
You will be responsible for both the app development and working with the .net development team
Key requirements:
- Good understanding of HTML 5 and Css3
- Good understanding of SASS
- Experience in using and interacting with SQLite
- Good understanding of Appcelerator Alloy
- Strong understanding of native JavaScript
- Understanding of cross browser compatibility issues and how to solve them
- Good Experience in using Jasmine for BDD testing
- Good understanding and usage of jQuery, KendoJS and Bower
- Experience of working in a .NET team & using Visual Studio
- Understanding of Jira and TFS
- Knowledge of REST
- Experience with scrum Agile working practices
Contract rate for this role is £350p/d plus benefits.
