Description
Roc Search's client based in Bristol is seeking an experienced Project Manager, This is a key role for someone with extensive experience in DO178 B or C relating to nose wheel steering project.
In addition to technical capabilities the role will include management of a team of engineers and significant customer interaction.
Key Accountabilities
.Providing the technical leadership to major projects and deliver to time, cost and quality.
.Project Management for Steering Controls, and other associated systems.
.Prepare, check and/or approval of specifications for systems equipment/components.
.Develop interface definition with other aircraft electrical and hydraulic systems and sub-systems.
.Support the development of systems engineering process and new business proposals, through technical content, work breakdown, and where necessary provide technical iteration with customers to promote a successful outcome.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
. Extensive Project Management experience
DO178 B or C/IEC 61508
.Familiarity with reliability, reliability prediction and safety analysis.
.Familiarity with Aircraft control system, landing gear or steering systems.
