Description

Customer Support Engineer required for release maintenance activities within customer site premises. Day to day duties will include Bug fixing tasks, feature enhancements and assisting in preparing/writing functional design specs for project.You will also be assisting in making changes to the Application Server subsystem. Theses are mostly written in C++. Candidates should have good C++ skills, good understanding of distributed systems and multi-threaded applications. Good knowledge of Simple Network Management Protocol and good database knowledge ie Oracle DB.
