SAP HR Portal Consultant - Fiori
Contract| Luxembourg City | Rate negotiable | Start in November
The Hydrogen Group are currently on the search for an experienced SAP HR individual to join a team starting November to work on a portal implementation fuelled by SAP Fiori.
Expertise in a specific technology environment is needed. Candidate will be responsible for SAP HR-specific design and realization, as well as testing, deployment and release management, or technical and functional application management.
Candidate will coordinate with AD technical lead, Onsite business leads, Project managers and delivery manager. Responsible for design, build, testing and documentation for HR projects.
Key Accountabilities: -
- Detailed knowledge of business requirements and solutions in their focus area.
- Mobilize and motivate a development team.
- Ability to organize and co-ordinate diverse groups in complex situations.
- Broad content experience across multiple lines of business.
- Broad technical appreciation - including ALL key SAP functionality and technology.
- Lead functional/technical architecture in complex SAP and non-SAP environments.
- Manages design workshops on multiple area of expertise
- Responsible to build the solution in SAP Fiori, UI5 HR renewal, HR professional services.
- Integrate HR applications like ESS.MSS, Leave application with Portal, Fiori, Neptune with specific role assignment to business users
Desired Profile: -
- At least 6-8 years in an HR consulting & implementation role in an SAP environment/client
- SAP Certification would be advantage
- Experience working with SAP Fiori, UI5 with HR Renewal and HR professional services, experience in Neptune application would be an advantage
- Ability to architect an Enterprise Wide Unified SAP User Experience using various SAP technologies, such as, Net weaver Portal, Fiori, Web UI 5, etc.
- Experience with Portal Applications and Standards, Content Management Systems
- Must have the ability to conceptualize the screen design and recommend best practices. Experience with mobile solution or technologies.
- Ability to facilitate & lead large workshops on user experience visualizations with Business users and Solution architects
- English and French speaking would be ideal
