Responsibilities of the Payroll Consultant is as follows:
- Designs Oracle configuration and RICEWs to meet the business process design and product requirements for Payroll.
- Validate the design with the Kier process leads and SMEs to ensure that the functional designs and configuration satisfies the requirements.
- Participates in transitioning the designs to the developers, and ensures a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
- Provides guidance to offshore designers or developers in completing technical designs.
- Develop and conduct conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options.
- Conduct Oracle train the trainer training.
- Provide status, updates on issues/risks to process lead/project management regarding process area
