Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager: Client Governance: Global Oil & Gas
Rate: £550 per day
Duration: 12 Months Initially (TBC)

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager/Programme Manager to join the Infrastructure Project Delivery Team in the Front Office. This role specifically relates to Client Governance.
The Programme Manager/senior PM is responsible for:
- Management of Project Resource (Technical and PM Resource)
- Management of Suppliers and Supplier Delivery
- Management of the Programme Budget
- Project Steering and Decision review board chairing and materials
- Governance, Stakeholder Management and business engagement within Shell (Lines of Business and Programmes)
- Escalation Management
- Active management and mitigation or risks, issues, and dependencies
- Project Reporting
- Programme Planning
- Change Management delivery
This needs combining with a positive attitude and an ability to work within a large, globally dispersed project team in a multi-cultural environment. You also need to be a self-starter, a logical thinker and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, able to write clearly and concisely.
