Data Center IT Integration Delivery - Oracle DBA
Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the support of global carriers' Database construction and migration. such as solution planning and design, Database upgrade/migration integration and implementation,
2. Responsible for the consulting service for the global carrier data center integration and consolidation migration, for the database sub-field, such as planning, design and assessment, etc.
3. Responsible for participating in data center database integration services product development and service capability construction.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT with last 5 years functioning as an Oracle Database Administrator in a business environment including installing, upgrading and restoring/recovering databases (Oracle 10G, 11G and RAC)
2. Hands-on experience with Oracle Database Migration, Patching, Upgrades, admin utilities/console; and cloning test and development environments from production environment
3. Knowledge in underlying Oracle Applications database architecture - schemas/products, database objects, file system structure, tables, views, packages, procedures, functions, triggers, sequences, indexes, and constraints
4. Experience with configuration, load balancing, backup/recovery, sizing and space management, PL/SQL tuning, diagnostics, and proficient with the use of Oracle's Enterprise Manager GRID Control Application or DBConsole Tool
5. Install and maintain all software components as required to run Oracle App Server - Listeners, Forms Server, Apps Server, Concurrent Managers etc.
6. Excellent troubleshooting abilities to identify root cause of production issues and resolve them quickly to maintain high availability
7. Experience opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SR's
8. Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on delivery, responsiveness, ownership and accountability are also critical
9. Oracle database Admin certification desired but not required
10. Solid Infrastructure knowledge related to Security, backups, storage, network, etc. as it relates to Oracle Administration
11. Must have 3 years' experience managing and tuning Oracle Database Systems
12. Good communication and presentation ability, good consciousness for service.
13. Fluent written/spoken English.
