Tasks:
Solving business challenges with an Enterprise Architecture solution
- Understand the business requirements and strategy
- Create technical diagrams (CRM integration with Legacy Back End systems)
- Agree with project managers on proposed solution
- Talking technical and business language
- Strong communication and collaboration with application project teams and external vendors
- Drive consensus across different IT departments
You will be responsible to work within a team who will implement the Microsoft CRM Dynamics solution in Europe, and which integrates with various Legacy systems (AS400) and Master Data Domains using REST API's.
You will need to:
- Understand the Detailed User Requirements (Use Cases)
- Draw solution architecture diagrams, driven by business needs
- Reach consensus on the proposed solution within EA and business teams
- Deliver within agreed timelines
Key competencies required:
- Deep understanding and proven record of applying CRM in one or more industries
- Have extensive experience in use of common software implementation methodologies, including an understanding of Microsoft Sure Step and SCRUM
- Have experience with relevant key areas ie Microsoft .NET technology, Microsoft Visual Studio development system, and Microsoft Dynamics-specific development environments, as well as server technologies: Microsoft SQL Server database, Reporting Services and Analysis Services and PowerBI.
- Hands on experience with Office 365, Azure Active Directory
- Experience with the Microsoft CRM SDK, API and how to design webservices for local systems to integrate with the CRM system
- You follow up on changing features in CRM Dynamics Online
- Experience in key areas of Enterprise Architecture, including integration technologies (Middleware), Single Sign On and Master Data Management
- Fluent in English
- Willing to travel to various European destinations (Spain, Italy, Nordic countries). Main working office is Brussels, Belgium.
