Management Consultant - Risk Management - Bank
Management Consultant with Risk Management experience required for a project with a leading Bank in Stockholm, Sweden.
The bank's MiFID II Programme has set up a compliance monitoring framework where:
- all MiFID II requirements are segmented into 18 themes
- applicable regulatory requirements are collected under each theme (current version includes Level 1 and ESMA Technical advice)
- requirements have been combined to high-level descriptions on expected delivery (Success Factors)
As current version of the monitoring framework is built on MiFID Directive, MiFIR Regulation and ESMAs Technical Advice document, framework must be updated with latest regulation, Delegated Acts and Regulatory Technical Standards.
We request external consultant to review 18 Themes and SF with objective to:
- Update regulatory references with (MiFID II Level 2) Delegated Acts and Regulatory Technical Standards
- Propose updates to Success Factors descriptions (if needed )
- Highlight regulatory requirements that are missing from the themes
Competence area:

Workload has been assessed to 1 FTE - 2-3 working days per Theme.
Consultant must have senior level experience of MiFID II Regulation. Most often consultants are not covering all areas but focus on particular area of MiFID II, meaning that the delivery should be combination of work executed by several area experts.
Framework is built on excel.
Location is in Stockholm
English is the only language required for this role.
