Job Description:
- Communicate the value of Agile development principles and methodologies to development teams and management
- Establish and monitor Agile adoption and effectiveness metrics
- Prepare and deliver training sessions and materials to audiences ranging from individual developers to executive management
- Mentor product owners on effective backlog management techniques
- Periodically serve as ScrumMaster for teams that are learning this role
- Participate as Agile subject matter expert in long-range product planning and other contexts
Skills:
- The manager needs an Agile coach who is seasoned and have experience with senior level management implementing an agile environment. Communicate the value of Agile development principles and methodologies to development teams and management
