Description
Our client in Saudi Arabia is currently searching for a SAP CRM Consultant for key deliverables on their project.
SAP CRM Consultant with experience in SAP Social Services module as well as any of core CRM modules such as Sales, Service, marketing, Interaction Centre, Middleware, web UI configuration.
The candidate must have at least 5 years' experience with 1 End to End implementation of SAP CRM Social Services.

Duration: 6-8 Months

Job specification:
* Design, configuration and testing of core SAP CRM modules.
* Define detailed blueprints for development requirements.
* Create Functional Specification Documents.
* Possess strong coordination skills and a cooperative approach to problem solving.
* Co-coordinating with technical team members to reach the technical requirements.
* Key user Training
* Provided pre- and post-implementation support of CRM Social Services.
* Base Customizing:
- Transaction Types Setup, Copying Control, Date Profile, Text Profile, Action Profile, Status Profile, Organization Determination Profile, Partner Determination profile, Pricing, Business Partner Maintenance.
* SAP CRM Social Service:
- Social application, Social service plan, Social deduction, Benefit application, Eligibility and benefit calculation.
* Web Clint UI:
- UI Architecture, Business Role Configuration, Navigation Bar Profile Setup, UI Configuration Tool, Application Enhancement Tool, Easy Enhancement Workbench, Design Layer
* SAP CRM Services:
- Installed Base Management, Service Agreements and Contracts, Service Order Processing, Complaints & Returns, IT Service Management
* CRM Middleware
- Creation of Logical Systems, Maintaining the RFC Connections between the CRM
& R/3 systems, Replication Objects, Creation of Sites, Creation of Publications, Creation of Subscriptions
