SAP CRM AD Team Lead
SAP CRM AD Team Lead required for a project with a globally operating company based in Stockholm, Sweden.
My client is looking for a Team lead for their SAP CRM AD team, with several years of experience from IT delivery in leading positions. Experience and knowledge within SAP and specifically SAP CRM is a merit. The team consist of 8 Application experts all working with the below SAP CRM solutions.
The CRM scope includes:
CRM Basic function
CRM Master data
CRM Middleware
CRM Customer Loyalty
CRM Customer Service
CRM Interaction Center
CRM Web UIBased on:
SAP CRM 7.0
The primary responsibilities for the CRM AD lead is:
- Lead & owner of the delivery in the AD phase, from receiving the business requirement until solution delivered to test.
- Lead the synchronized releases including synchronization with other system stakeholders (four releases/year)
- Lead and manage the daily work of the AD team consisting of 8 Application Experts within the SAP CRM area.
- Prioritize and staff for incoming requirements, together with team and architect
- Take part in the development and improvement of the AD process
- Lead and owner of release/deploy process (delegate deploy lead per release)
- Lead & owner of the ChangeBoard for SAP CRM.
- Drive progress & control of the application expert work
- Syncronize requirements and estimates with the SAP CRM development team.
Mandatory requirements:
- More than 5 years of experience in manage and control of IT delivery Team and/or operative work
- Knowledge and experience in manage and control of requirement and development phases
- General SAP and SAP CRM knowledge Qualifying
- Experience and knowledge of working with CRM and specifically SAP CRM
- Knowledge in SAP ECC
- Master Data experience
- Experience from migration projects
- Certification in the SAP CRM software products' latest releases
- Business process experience
