Your tasks:
- establish and monitor quality and technical targets and SW project budget
- Coordinate SW project estimations for labour and materials cost, timing, risk and feasibility
- establish organisation, identify resource requirements (capability and capacity)
- Initiate SW project kick-off, present project background, objectives and direction
- Establish (tailor) and implement project control, follow-up and reporting system
- Make sure the procedures of the SW quality system are followed
- Handle communication and coordination with other discipline teams and project stakeholders
- Change management: Coordinate activities and provide SW response to change requests
Your qualifications
- Good knowledge of automotive embedded SW engineering
- Experience in working on larger automotive projects
- Proficient in using project management tools such as time planning, risk management and change management
- General knowledge of hardware and mechanical engineering principles and technologies
- Experience with instrument clusters and body controllers would be bonus
- Excellent German and English in speech and writing
