Description
Overview of the project:
-English and French writing and speaking.
-Designing and running workshops.
-Understanding/experience in customer service (case management) processes, social service, and Salesforce.com
Skills:
-Self-motivated individual with proven track record in Cloud technologies
-Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organisation with a rapidly expanding customer base
-Organised and analytical
-Design and implement project schedules, handle multiple priorities in a fast moving environment.
Additional skills:
-Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development
-Experience with other CRM sotfware (Siebel, Vantative, Netsuite)
-Knowledge of web-based systems architecture. service-based architecture and application architecture.
Responsibilities:
-Participate in process flow analysis and process redesign along with the Program Manager
-Produce detailed functional design document to match customer requirements
-Co-team with the Technical Architect to produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements
-Lead the SIT and UAT efforts
-Participate in training design, documentation and delivery efforts
-Maintain current Salesforce certifications
-Participate in internal projects as required.
