Management Accountant - AP, AR, Credit Control, Payroll

We're looking for a book-keeper to oversee and administrate the company's Back Office functions. This role will report into the FD
Responsibilities
Book-keeping of both accounts payable and accounts receivable
Managing the internal & external payroll
Invoicing and data entry into the accounts system
Credit control - chasing debtors over phone and email
Contract management - creation and organisation of template contract and schedule documents
Payments - to creditors & suppliers via online banking
Skills & experience
Experience in AP, AR, Credit Control & Contract management ideally
Experience within a small but growing business
Experience with Xero accounting package
Very organised and meticulous on detail - this is crucial. No room for errors
Able to come into the office at least once a week
Experience in either recruitment, consultancy or professional services business ideally (a business that sells people)
This is a Full time role which will be can be office or home-based (or a split between the two)
