In-House Recruiter: Sales & Marketing (Global Talent Acquisition)

Full life cycle Talent Acquisition role with a forward thinking global technology organisation to support the expansion of their Global Marketing & Sales team in EMEA. Location: Dublin City Centre

Role focus:

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process.
  • Strategy: Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategy for multiple requisitions.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate and partner with hiring managers and client groups to understand their hiring needs and goals.
  • Recruitment Process: Screen resumes and interview qualified candidates. Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers.
  • Offer Process: Drive the offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates and generating offer letters; Work with Human Resources team to on-board new hires.
  • Reporting: Maintain data reports and performance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of the organisation and the talent acquisition team.

Profile:

  • Four years' experience recruiting and sourcing for Sales/Marketing/Online Advertising roles across all levels from entry-level to executive positions on behalf of multinational organisations.
  • German, Nordic, or Central/Eastern European language would be ideal but is not essential
  • Excellent business partnering skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, creativity, drive and an analytical mindset
