IT Lead End User Support Windows, SCCM, French, Support, helpdesk
We are currently looking for an IT Lead End User Support for a 10 months contract near Paris . The position is based in the 92 region and is for an initial 10 months. Perfect role for a candidate with a solid background in IT Support, good management/organisation skills and leadership.
As an IT Lead End User Support, you will be responsible for:
- Support in planning, specifications, integration, test, acceptance and deployment stages
- Contribute to the deployment of services in production by advising and assisting in the roll-out and post implementation
- Review technical procedures related to system integration
- Support end-users on any issues related to Hardware and new services
- Support design and preparation of recovery and contingency exercises
For this position, the successful IT Lead End User Support will possess the following skills:
- Minimum 8 years in an End User Support environment
- Experience in mixed operating system and database environments
- Experience working with ITIL processes, a certification would be a bonus
- Expertise and well-proven experience on the installation, configuration and maintenance of software products for license control
- Fluent in French and good level in English
