EDI Developer - Belgium or remote - English speaking/PART TIME

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for an EDI Developer.
Please find some details below:
This role is Part time and can be handled remotely, so the person can be located anywhere in Belgium, or could be even in any other country of EU. However, if the person is located in Brussels this would be ideal for face to face handover rather than over the Phone.
The successful candidate will be required to log in for 1 to 2 hours every day to perform sanity checks if everything is alright with the system etc. In case there is an incident he/she should be able to work on it and resolve - fyi, this is a steady system and in the last 2 years we have had 1 incident per year.
- Requirements:
We are looking for an Application Developer with EDI architecture knowledge (he will not have to design architecture).
EDI support services,
provide level 1/2 EDI support
perform problem determination and source identification for problems affecting the EDI service
report problems to the client and the Customer and escalate as appropriate to the client and or Customer's Level 3 support for resolution
plan and install EDI standard updates and verify correct completion
develop and maintain procedures and programs to automate
monitor the EDI processes during Business Hours, Support during holidays at Supplier Service Locations will be on a call-out basis
perform in agreement with the client and the Customer regular archiving of EDI data
timely report exceptions to the client and the Customer Level 3 Support as appropriate
work with the client and the Customer's regional EDI resource
coordinate the EDI support and act as a single interface for all EDI matters between Supplier and the client
supports the client and the Customer's EDI requirements
collect data about EDI usage and report the figure to the regional EDI Project Manager including:
- number of communication sessions and exchanged documents with exceptions per country
- number of exchanged documents per application type per country, number of defined translation formats and trading partners per country
As per our estimation we will need 2 resources being backup of each other because when one person is OOO, a second person should manage incidents, problem & SR
The resources need to speak English
The resources should be able to work alone (dor SR, IN & PB mngt), should have good communication skills to discuss technics with the customer technician. He/she should understand the complete J&J architecture and EDI Service after a knowledge transfer session. He/she take ownership of the topic and managed it end to end. Should be able to report any technical issue which impact SLA. Every day the person will need to verify a couple of connection, parameters... 1-2 hours/day (200 hours/year). The Customer is expected to request modification, parameter to change, code to update ... 50 hours/year >== 250 hour/year in total. To manage incident, service request, problem management
o work location Belgium the person should work during CET business hours 08:00 - 17:00 and be available outside business hours for Incident resolution
