*SAP CRM Team Lead - Stockholm/6 months*
RED is currently recruiting a Team lead for our international client based in Stockholm. The position is to start ASAP and for an initial 6 months contract.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead & owner of the delivery of the phase, from receiving the business requirement until solution delivered to test.
- Lead the synchronized releases including synchronization with other system stakeholders (four releases/year)
- Lead and manage the daily work of the team consisting of 8 Application Experts within the SAP CRM area.
- Prioritize and staff for incoming requirements, together with team and architect
- Take part in the development and improvement of the process
- Lead and owner of release/deploy process (delegate deploy lead per release)
- Lead & owner of the Change Board for SAP CRM.
- Drive progress & control of the application expert work
- Syncronize requirements and estimates with the SAP CRM development team.
Must have:
* More than 5 years of experience in managing and controlling IT delivery Team and/or operative work
* General SAP and SAP CRM knowledge
