For our customer we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to EDMS Programme.
Ework is direct supplier to our customer - there is no extra middlelayer. This means we have direct contact with procurement and in manay cases know the stakeholder and his/her needs.
Job description:
To ensure a solution is delivered from the project to deliver operational excellence. Tasks are delivered under the supervision and sparring with the internal SDM who is ultimate delivery accountable.
- Deliver what is agreed according to the project schedule and system handover mile-stones
- Write the system documentation
- Define the application maintenance annual cycle activities
- Assist the internal SDM in setting up the governance structure (CAB, SAB - identify spe-cific members and coach on their role)
- Assist the internal SDM in setting up the support processes (ServiceNow - KPIs - Re-ports - user adm. - licensing)
- Liaise and manage where specified other third parties working on technical aspects of the system (eg Veeva Managed Services)
- Deliver functional support and advice on general aspects of the solution to the business
- Ensure all the application documentation is stored and retrievable
- Ensure compliance of all above tasks in liaison with the compliance lead.
- Ensure IT Security by liaising with CISO on application specifics.
Competencies:
-Good knowledge and experience of working with GxP in the cloud
-Good Knowledge of Veeva Vault
-Knowledge of Document Mgmt systems
-Experience of writing high-quality application documentation
-Ability to handle several tasks at once.
