M&E Project Manager - Estates Management
An M&E Project Manager (Mechanical and Electrical) with Estates Management experience is required to work on a six month contract (with the possibility of extension) for our defence client based in Portsmouth.
This is a 6 month contract with a leading UK defence company.
Overview of the M&E Project Manager contract role
The M&E Project Manager is an integral part of the planning and delivery team by developing effective business relationships with sub-contractors, in-house suppliers and stake holders. Understand key drivers for our defence client and proactively develop and implement appropriate innovative solutions, which will assist in the execution and facilitation of achieving the overall strategy.
Key skills required for the M&E Project Manager
- Have an Engineering honours degree or equivalent professional qualification or working towards.
- Demonstrate strong project management capability through application.
- Have working knowledge of Building services and Building construction methods.
- Hold Institute of Occupational Safety and Health certificate, or be prepared to attain.
- Hold Site Management Safety Training Scheme certificate, or be prepared to attain.
- Experience of FM Projects (M&E).
- Experience of listed buildings - desirable
The role is based in Portsmouth, Hampshire - commutable from Southampton, Cowes, Isle of Wight, Salisbury, Winchester, Andover, Basingstoke, Guildford, Aldershot, Crawley, Horsham, Brighton, Worthing, Chichester.
