Oracle Test Lead - - R12
Next Ventures are looking for an Oracle Test Lead to join an R12 project in the Netherlands.
Required Skills;
Experience with Overall test planning & governance for all testing phases, defect management, management reporting, and testing prioritization.
Strong knowledge in managing testing projects in Oracle, BI, MDM, Perl Chain & Java based applications.
Stress resistant: constantly working against deadlines, ad hoc requests
Strong communication. You have to work together with multiple-vendor, Business IT team members a lot, proactive, chasing people, able to gather the requirements.
Good working knowledge in HP ALM & test status reporting.
10+ years experience in test management;
Recent years test management experience in an ERP environment;
Able to discuss on logistical/finance topics (not indepth, but knowledgeable enough) with team AND business;
Eager, pick up on content topics where applicable, pro-active, initiative, drive things to solution, also escalations
