Scope of Role:
The contract engineer will use MasterCAM software, and conduct proveouts on Shop floor.
Knowledge/Experience
- Minimum 4-8 Yrs experience in Master CAM NC Programming for Civil and Military Aerospace components.
- Hands on experience to check NC Codes, post processing and tweaking NC Prog to prove out successfully on Shop floor.
- Ability to think creatively and develop new process to reduce Cycle time and improve existing process as per customer requirements.
- Prepare new rough schemes/methods and propose best tooling for NC Programs and present your ideas to customer.
- Excellent soft skills related to communication, interpersonal skills and Team work.
- Understand customer requirement to meet delivery deadlines and Professionalism regarding time and meeting deadlines.
- Take part in various technical discussions, design reviews and create reports.
- Successful history in the Aerospace military sector is preferred.
- Degree in relevant Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
