My client, a leading international retail organisation, are looking for an experienced Operational Manager to join them for an initial 6 months. The successful consultant will have a strong knowledge of ITIL, as well as strong Problem & Incident management experience.

A background within Oracle Fusion Middleware would be preferable, but is not a necessity.
