We are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager.
Service description
- Keeping ERP applications and support (L2 and L3) running on a day-to-day basis including managing the internal and external suppliers.
- You will be reporting to the Vertical Service Delivery Manager ERP.
- Delivering IT operational excellence that ensures the day-to-day delivery of IT & Digital Operations BI and SAP MDG, planning and forecasting and other enabling platforms
- Participating in designing and delivering IT Run Operations Governance for mentioned IT platforms.
- Driving continuous improvement across mentioned services in the current service catalogue.
- Monitoring IT Operations and take corrective actions to achieve SLAs and mitigate risks along with third-party partners
Must Haves
- 3-4 years of previous experience as a Service delivery Manager in global organizations
- Proven track record in handling outsourced BI and ERP Operations in global organizations
- ETL, incident and change management, Problem management
- GXP, GMP
- High level of customer orientation
- Ability to influence effectively at Senior Management level within business organizations
- Ability to direct the activity of Third-Party partners
- Good understanding of relevant service models (ITIL/Cobit)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in managing offshore teams in global organization.
- Flexibility to travel up to 20% to India and other off-shore locations
