Description
The SAP-MM will assume the leader role of the specific functional area (PCMA-MM). He/she will be fully in charge of the completion and sign-off of the related blueprint including alignment with S/4HANA 1610.He/she will also be responsible for the rationalisation of the RICEWF items already identified in the current blueprint of PCMA, the writing of the functional specifications for these items and especially the interfaces with the Web-contract application He/she will also identify any additional WRICEF item as required by S/4HANA1610. He/she will document the various Fiori apps which will be used in the Purchasing area.
The SAP-MM is a highly experienced professional responsible for performing consulting services requested related to:
- the alignment of blueprint processes with S/4HANA1610
- the blueprint completion and finalisation
- the design of the blueprint documentation in solution manager
- the SAP configuration implementation
- the functional aspects of the authorization implementation related to his/her area
- Management of Change requests
He/she plays a critical role in supporting the communication with the EP business stakeholders involved in PCMA area. He/she has the right soft skills to understand the perspectives of the different actors. He/she can communicate with the different levels of the organization and reconcile the interests of the different parties. His/she domains of specialisation include functional, business and organisational issues related to his/her specialization area (MM) in the context of a project for integrated financial management system based on SAP software in the public sector. The SAP-MM has strong management reporting skills. He/she will be in charge to prepare the Progress and Final Reports and to submitting them to the Project Manager for approval/sign-off, and to assess the reports produced by other team members.
Responsibilities
- Participate and actively contribute to the workshops with the functional users of the EP
- Lead the functional and technical workshops dedicated to the blueprint validation, the blueprint consolidation, the internal controls definition and the functional specifications of the WRICEF items for his/her area
- Ensure the consistency of the documents acting the results of the above described workshops, realize the documents related to his/her module
- Ensure the consistency of the validated business process master list, realize the one related to his/her module
- Ensure the consistency of the draft of implementation papers, realize the one related to his/her module
- Lead the functional aspects of the authorization implementation for his/her area
- Support the EP user group(s) through the different validation phases
- Provide the necessary elements which will help the Project Manager to report on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. Report to the PM the functional developments and achievements of the projects against the planned baselines
