Complaints handler (Mortgage Quality Assurance) - London - 4 months +
One of our blue chip clients is urgently looking for a Complaint Handler who has a background in Mortgage Quality Assurance.
Key Skills Required:
Ability to undertake end to end reviews of Collections customer journeys identifying material failings in policy, process or policy leading to sub optimal customer outcomes.
A background in Mortgage Quality Assurance or similar.
CeMap or equivalent experience including the Mortgage sales process and fair outcomes testing of similar.
Working knowledge of the end to end Collections process.
A broad understanding of MCOB and its application, in particular MCOB 13.
A working knowledge of the associated regulatory landscape - including but not limited to Sysc, PRIN and aligned regulatory Thematic reviews/Investigations.
