SAP Application Project Manager (Dutch speaking)- 5 month contract
Our client requires a SAP Application Project Manager to be part of the SAP application team and will focus on delivering projects on schedule and within budget, while satisfying agreed business requirements and specifications within the scope of the project.
Projects in scope are:
- EDI project ( with customers and logistical partner )
- Upgrade of an invoice scanning application ( WMD )
- Roll-out of SAP to a sales-office in the UK ( Sales - Logistics- Finance )
- BI project for reviewing authorization set-up
- Cross functional set-up of new functionalities ( scoping and budgeting)
- Scoping of roll-out sales-office Korea

Scoping of the project with all the involved stakeholders

Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs

Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Report and escalate to management if needed

Ensure Handover to Application support

Ensure qualitative project documentation delivery ( blueprint - test scenario s - key-user training material - end user material )
In this role you will ensure functional & technical integration between the different application domains and infrastructure and give direction and guidance to the project team.
Knowledge
- Pragmatic usage of project management methodology with developing and deploying SAP functionality in a global environment, preferable in the FMCG business
- Strong knowledge of integration across all SAP modules ( sales, logistics, production, finance and business intelligence)
- Knowledge of PI integration
- Application of change management when deploying new or changed functionality
- Application of risk management to create risk awareness and put in place risk mitigation actions
Experience

Experience in project management in a multinational environment and was responsible for end to end roll-out for SAP

Experience as functional analyst in a SAP domain ( preferable sales and logistics - FICO and BI knowledge is a plus )
Travel

Travel required to 25% -50% depending on the phase of the project
