CRM Executive - CRM - Salesforce - Photoshop - e-mail marketing - HTML - Media

Our well known digital broadcast client requires a CRM Executive to manage the execution and deployment of multi-channel direct marketing campaigns and capabilities across a range of products to build long-term relationships with audiences and drive deeper engagement and appreciation with known individuals.

Key Accountabilities
  • Set up, deliver and deploy direct marketing campaigns across multiple direct marketing channels the primary focus will be email
  • Assist senior campaign managers in the execution of customer journey plans (eg welcome, retention, discovery) using behavioural and usage data to personalise communications and drive behavioural change that deepens engagement
  • Assist senior campaign managers to implement test and learn approaches to inform the development of the long term direct audience engagement strategy and capabilities
  • Work closely with the Campaign Management Platform Product Manager to ensure audience journey designs are technically configured and executable within the solution
  • Work with senior campaign managers to report direct marketing campaign success and learnings
Required Skills
  • Proven Campaign Management with CRM, database and digital marketing/email marketing experience
  • Minimum of basic HTML coding and Photoshop experience required
  • Good knowledge of direct and data-driven marketing theory and practice; testing, segmentation and targeting, campaign management, campaign analysis and customer profiling
  • Hands-on practical experience of multi-channel campaign management platforms including email and push app notifications
  • Record of campaign delivery success in the field of CRM with Salesforce, direct and digital marketing.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the broadcasting or publishing industry
