Role description/tasks:
Responsible for all aspects of operational delivery of the assigned IT service(s) with a service dimensional focus across multiple entities in the Integration Services Organisation. This includes management of service operations, IT support, execution of life cycle management according to plan, IT Service continuity management, IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements and management of supplier operational delivery.
Key specifics:
- Responsible for all aspects of IT service delivery for the assigned service(s), eg operations of the services, IT support, execution of life cycle management according to plan and IT Service continuity management including IT Service performance in accordance with service level agreements, including responsibility for supplier operational delivery for the assigned service(s).
- Responsible to establish as required to fulfil SLA for the assigned service(s).
- Responsible to manage financial forecasts and follow up of the assigned service(s), follow up cost development and proactively drive improvements in cost efficiency.
- Responsible to secure fit for purpose infrastructure architecture and design for the assigned service(s) in cooperation with eg product specialists, solution architects, infrastructure architecture and infrastructure design. Secure that continual improvements of the assigned service(s) is driven within the same value chain.
- Responsible to coordinate execution of life cycle management plan within infrastructure management, support management and integration management for the service(s).
Requirements:
Knowledge:
Deep knowledge within the assigned service(s), its roadmap and life cycle management
Good knowledge of end to end solution management
Solid knowledge of Information Technology and IT service operations, specifically integrations
Solid knowledge of the current & target IT landscape in relation to the assigned area
Good knowledge of project management and change management
Good knowledge of cost management
Good knowledge of the organisation and its strategies, processes and working methods.
The primary working site(s) will be:
Helsingborg and Älmhult
