Description
Our well-known central London based customer is looking for a Finance Administrator to join a key global department and provide support in all aspects of finance admin including:
- Ensure all spend is coded accurately
- Produce and analyse spend and budget reports
- Budget control
- Create purchase orders and invoices
The successful Finance Administrator will have a demonstrable background providing finance support for large global organisations as well as experience with:
- Budget management
- Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel (including pivot tables)
- Admin systems such as SAP TMS, GSAP, BookIT, SharePoint or Q&E
