Description

Our well-known central London based customer is looking for a Finance Administrator to join a key global department and provide support in all aspects of finance admin including:

  • Ensure all spend is coded accurately
  • Produce and analyse spend and budget reports
  • Budget control
  • Create purchase orders and invoices

The successful Finance Administrator will have a demonstrable background providing finance support for large global organisations as well as experience with:

  • Budget management
  • Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel (including pivot tables)
  • Admin systems such as SAP TMS, GSAP, BookIT, SharePoint or Q&E
