Description
We are currently recruiting for a UC Platform Analyst to work with a global telecommunication company in the Home Counties.
The role will be to contribute to the user stories for the automation framework for customer onboardings.
Key Accountability
- Deliver user stories for the customer onboarding automation
- Own and deliver the user stories definitions and requirements for the next Sprint
- Provide support to the development teams
- Provide support to the Product Owner (SCRUM) including updating/reviewing documentation as required
Competencies/Experience
- 5 years' experience in SW architecture, design and deployment
- Automation process management
- UML modelling
- SCRUM/Agile development
- Sparx Systems Enterprise Architect is a plus
- Knowledge of virtualised/cloud computing applications and platforms eg OpenStack
- Effective at communicating technical information both in detail to fellow engineers and also to summarise at a high-level and put into business/financial context for less technical senior managers
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Willingness to travel
Qualifications
- Must have a Degree in computer science, electrical engineering or telecommunications
