Description
We are currently a looking to recruit experienced Oracle Technical/Solutions Architect to deliver multiple projects within a London Government body.
The Oracle Technical/Solutions Architect role is key in the definition and delivery of feasible technical solutions that help to realise the full value of the Oracle product footprint. As well as having significant technology and infrastructure expertise, the Oracle Technical/Solutions Architect will have strong delivery expertise, the ability to provide a detailed work plan, and will work closely with the project manager and client team to provide input to the project plans and apply expert knowledge to the decision-making process.
Experience and Background for the Oracle Technical/Solutions Architect:
- An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing IT transformation programmes
- Experience of typically 4+ Oracle full implementation project life cycles, preferably from scoping and planning through to post go live support, at least as a work stream team leader or subject matter expert.
- Experience of managing a team of 10+ staff, including client and third party staff.
- Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.
- Experience of the public sector (government etc.)
- Extensive experience with Oracle HR and ERP
