I am looking to hire a eProcurement Specialist for one of my Public Sector Client. Please read the below job Specification.
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
- To assist the E-procurement team with workload during the transition period and also assist staff during this current period when several staff members are on long term sick.
- Develop and specify a package of eProcurement implementation support arrangements.
- Engage with procurement, ICT and data practitioners to inform development.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to all stakeholders in the implementation of eProcurement strategy and processes. Engage with external organizations.
- Effectively exploit information technology.
- Build collaborative working relationships, working with multiple stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
To have knowledge and experience of:
- Working with eProcurement technology.
- Supporting change in a complex multi-site environment.
- Operating in a commercial environment in either public or private sector.
- Preparation of planning documents and business cases
